REACH | Registered |
Product has been used for UV and EB curable resins(usually inks and coat -ings).It has been discovered that Product shows comparable properties as different re -lively diluent monomers ,such as N-vinyl pirrolidone (NVP),however exceeds them in overall performance and safety. Product has been used fused as a reactive diluent monomer for UV,EB curable resins in radicalic systems.
Product has true compatibility with oligomers,multi-purposeful acrylates, and resin components ,has a faster hardening velocity withinside the polymerization technique than Isobornyl Acrylate and Phenoxyethyl Acrylate.
Product gives UV,EB Curable resins made with a low hygroscopicity and excellent resistance to alkali, acids, and solvents, furthermore it has a nitrogen radical, which prevents generation of ozone inhibiting polymerization.
Key Benefits / advantages
· Low primary skin irritation index(Pll=0.5).
· Low viscosity and low vapor pressure.
· Good retention and elongation stability.
· Low odor and color contribution and other diluent monomers
Can keep good dimensional stability of UV,EB curable resins.
